2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) is processed in server logs, legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU standard contractual clauses. The database is operated by Neon Inc.; storage location per configuration in the EU.
3. Booking requests
Via the “Request a date” form we collect name, email address, optionally phone number, car, chosen package, preferred date and message. The data is stored in our database and emailed to us through our mail provider 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, to handle the request and prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is deleted once the request is closed and no statutory retention periods apply.
4. Hall of Fame and certificates
By booking a package you consent to your name, car, timed lap, date and certificate number being shown publicly in the Hall of Fame and on the certificate verification page (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). To send you your certificate we store your email address with the entry. You may withdraw consent at any time by email to info@uncle-dan.com; the entry is then removed or anonymised.
5. Cookies
The site sets one technically necessary cookie that stores your language choice. The admin area adds a session cookie. We use no tracking or analytics services.
6. Encryption
For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. Data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@uncle-dan.com.
